2009 WHITE KUVÉE

This wine exhibits a beautiful, light-golden hue. On the nose expressions of lemongrass, white peach, beeswax and sweet vanilla bean. The palate is full-bodied and viscous with impressions of casaba melon, crisp Asian pear and a persistent undertone of minerality. These flavors remain lithe and vivid through a lengthy finish.

Recommended Food Pairing:
Vietnamese fresh spring rolls with mango honey shrimp and Thai basil wrapped in rice vermicelli served with a garlic peanut dipping sauce.
