2008 WHITE KUVÉE

Scents of honeysuckle, lemongrass and a persistent minerality have become the hallmark descriptors for this white blend. On the palate it is full-bodied boasting ripe casaba melon and lemon meringue richness. These flavors remain lithe and vivid through a lengthy finish.

Recommended Food Pairing:
Pan-roasted monkfish with lemon-infused butter and capers, grilled asparagus tips and couscous with toasted pine nuts.
